A Silent Auction benefiting the children of Bishop Marshall School.
Fun and unique items that showcase all the ways we love our school and students. You may start to bid a week before the event or wait until the night of the event and view them in-person. Bids may only be placed on our online auction site. The auction will close the night of the event and winning bidders will be notified. If you are not present on the night of the event, we will make arrangements with you to pick up your winnings.

This event is an adult-only event and we welcome parents and family members of our current BJAMS families, families newly enrolled for the 2023-24 school year, adult alumni, or parents of our alumni. We also invite anyone from our surrounding communities that would love to support the school and win the $1,500 prize.

BASH Fundraiser FAQs:
What is BASH? BASH stands for Building a Scholastic Heritage and is the school’s largest fundraising event of the year. Always a fantastic evening to look forward to, our gala usually features food and beverage, a silent auction, and more surprises. All proceeds from this event go directly to our school which benefits and enriches our students’ experiences.
When can I buy my ticket? Tickets will be on sale through Eventbrite starting March 3rd – May 12th.
In addition, tickets may be purchased in the main lobby of the school on Monday, May 8th through Friday, May 12th from 3:00-3:15pm.
Price per ticket is $150.00 (plus $11.90 service fee if purchased via credit card on Eventbrite). Your $150.00 ticket will include delicious food for two and one Calcutta ball.
Payment may be made through Eventbrite or by check to the school. Please make checks payable to: Bishop Marshall School.
Tickets must be purchased prior to the event.
Is the event inside or outside and what if it’s cold? Topnotch Resort has an outside tent in their lower meadows. Alongside the tent are lush grounds, a cocktail patio, and beautiful views. We will have tables within the tent and outdoor games set up. Heaters will be provided if the weather turns chilly.
What happens if it rains? The tent is licensed to hold a capacity of 200 guests. We will be able to quickly relocate inside while still enjoying a wonderful event.
Is there a way for me to attend Mass before the event? Yes, Blessed Sacrament Church in Stowe has mass at 4:30pm on Saturday nights.
What if I have a food allergy? Topnotch Resort will have gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options available. One of their talented chefs will be at each food station. You may communicate your dietary needs directly to them.
What is BASH like? Ask anyone, BASH is not an event to be missed! Enjoy a night of adult company with new and old friends. This is a chance to get to know the parents of your children’s friends that they’ve been talking about all year! Reacquaint with some old friends that you haven’t seen in a while and invite your other personal friends and families from different communities to enjoy a night out. Everyone is welcome- BJAMS families and friends, parish members, surrounding community members from other schools, grandparents, and more. Just a friendly reminder that this is an ADULTS ONLY event so make plans for a sitter ahead of time.
